  1. How long does reupholstery take?

    We operate on a just-in-time principle: we collect your furniture only when it is its turn in the workshop. Typically, pieces spend just a few days in our workshop.

  2. Can I provide my own fabric?

    No. To maintain quality and warranty, we only work with our vetted fabric and leather collections. More than 4,000 collections are available in our shop on Schönhauser Allee.

  3. Are there volume discounts for corporate clients?

    Yes, we offer special contract pricing for hotels, restaurants, and other commercial projects. Ask us about it at the consultation and you will receive an offer for your whole project.

  4. Do you pick up and deliver furniture?

    Large pieces such as sofas and armchairs are collected by our own delivery service and brought back; we reassemble them on request. For smaller pieces we agree the way at the consultation.

  5. Which materials suit allergy sufferers or high-traffic areas?

    We do not stock special fabrics for allergy sufferers. If this matters to you, mention it at the consultation and we will discuss it individually. For high-traffic areas we stock medical-grade fabrics for healthcare and durable “Aqua Clean” textiles for clubs and restaurants.

  6. How does the ordering process work?

    You can contact us by email or book online – you can upload photos of your piece while booking. Visit our showroom to choose from one of Berlin’s largest fabric selections.
